Parent Checklist

Below is a checklist of reminders and important tasks when joining KC FIRE Track Club:

• Download Stack Team App and join the 2026 Outdoor Season access group
• Pay for the youth or post-school season membership
• Download all 3 registration forms here
• Fill out the Google Form (same link as above)
• Email completed forms to Coach Bethany or bring them to the first practice
• Order a uniform top here ASAP
• Attend the first practice on April 7th, for youth not competing for their school. Otherwise, athletes can start after they are done competing for their school
• Get your athlete’s AAU membership and associate it with our club number UEVVRFTV7
• Sign up for an Athletic.net account by downloading the AthleticAPP and associating your athlete with our club number: K82YQFNUK
• Check team schedules and updates on the app or our website

Parent Informational Meetings

We are excited to announce our Parent Meetings for the 2025 outdoor track season.

Who: Athletes ages 8-18 and their parents
Date/Time: Wednesday 2/26 @ 6:30pm OR Saturday 3/1 @ 10am

We are excited to announce that 2024 – 25 indoor signups are now open. We will start practice Tuesday, Dec. 3rd at Hy-Vee Arena at 6:30. Signup now and arrive a few minutes early for a parent meeting at the beginning of practice.

For those parents that were not able to attend the intro meeting below is a brief presentation of the materials covered in the meeting.
