KC FIRE Closes Out Indoor Season

Congratulations to all the KC FIRE members for closing out the indoor season with strong such results. We had several indoor and overall PR’s during the season. At the final meet, the USATF Missouri Valley Indoor Championships, Lilly C. finished 1st in the 1500 and 3000 and a strong 2nd in the 800m. Logan C. finished 3rd in the 1500 and 6th in the 800. Sam B. finished 3rd in the 1500 and 4th in the 800. Ellie M. finished 1st in the 1500 and 2nd in the 800. Great job to everyone!

KC FIRE off to a Quick Start

KC FIRE members got off a quick start to the 2017 season. Ellie Maynor, Lily Cutler, Logan Cutler, Sarah Perrea, Sam Benson, Delaney Nash and Alle Grace have been getting ready for the upcoming outdoor season by having some fun in a few indoor meets. Several first place finishes have been recorded already this year.KC FIRE Track Club members

  • Lily Cutler – 1st JCCC Winter Classic 1 Mile
  • Ellie Maynor – 1st JCCC Winter Classic 1 Mile & 800M, 1st JCCC Invite 1 Mile & 800M, 1st KSU High School Invite 1 Mile
  • Sam Benson – 1st JCCC Winter Classic 800M

Other top three finishes have been recorded in other events and by teammates Sarah Perrea, Logan Cutler, Delaney Nash and Alle Grace.
